Pickup free of charge

At the appointment we come or send the cooperating transport company to your place, without any cost. Before you give us the device, please read the Product Delivery Terms.

Diagnosis free of charge

Within 48 hours our experienced technical team informs you about the cost of repair. The decision is yours. In case you don’t accept, you can take your device or fill out the form Recycle without any cost. If you want us to deliver the device at your place, without it being repaired you are charged with 10 euros for the transport. In case you accept, we go on.

Repair

Within 48 hours our technical team is ready to give you your device fully functioning.

Delivery free of charge

We or the cooperating transport company, deliver the device to your place without any transport cost.

Payment

You can pay the repair cost:

With a VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay in person at our accountants’ office.
Pay on Delivery to the person who will bring to your area the service.

Product Delivery Terms

As the rightful owner of the device I deliver it to a representative of the company Unique Technology Ltd to repair.

I mention the damage, I have been given a guarantee of repair and I know that it is possible to be repeated. Also, I do not lay the blame for any other damage that will be created in my device in the future or during the repair of this one. Also, I do not lay the blame on Unique Technology Ltd for loss of data or loss of any Deliverable valuables.

I know the warranty terms of my device by the delegation and also know during the repair of the Unique Technology Ltd. This warranty ceases.

Representative of the company Unique Technology Ltd. sent me a mail with the exact description of my device. If I do not respond within two (2) hours from its sending I accept and have no right in questioning.
